Stape hosts server-side GTM. Pixelary is one script and a dashboard.

They solve the same problem from different ends. Stape gives you infrastructure and the full depth of Google Tag Manager. Pixelary gives you a finished setup for Meta, TikTok and ChatGPT Ads, with less to configure and less you can change.

Where Stape is better

  • Google Ads and GA4 Stape sends them server-side. Pixelary doesn’t.
  • Depth Server-side GTM lets you shape any tag, trigger and variable. Pixelary’s options are the ones in its dashboard.
  • Integrations Apps for more stores and for CRMs, including offline conversions from a CRM.
  • Custom domain and loader Your own domain for first-party cookies, and a loader that changes script paths.
  • Range Plans up to 20M requests and custom plans above, with a private cluster and SSO.
  • A free server-side start Up to 10K requests on the free plan. Pixelary’s free plan has no server copy.

Where Pixelary is better

  • Nothing to learn No tags, clients or variables. Paste a script, add a pixel ID and a token, set triggers in the dashboard.
  • A flat price per site You pay for sites, not for script loads, previews or bots.
  • The limit doesn’t stop conversions Above 1 million server events a month, conversions still go out.
  • Consent built in The script reads the common banners and holds events back until the visitor answers.
  • An event log for each event What was sent, under which consent, and what each platform answered, kept 30 or 90 days.

Choose Stape if

  • You already work in Google Tag Manager, or have someone who does.
  • You need Google Ads or GA4 server-side, or more platforms than three.
  • You want CRM events or offline conversions.
  • You need your own tracking domain today.

Choose Pixelary if

  • You run Meta, TikTok or ChatGPT Ads and don’t want to maintain a GTM server container.
  • You manage several small sites and want one price for all of them.
  • You want consent handling and an event log without building them.

What Pixelary doesn’t do

  • No server-side delivery to Google Ads or GA4.
  • No revenue attribution or customer journeys. Conversions by campaign are last touch, from UTM tags.
  • Custom tracking domain: not yet.

Check what your site sends

IsPixelWorking is a free checker by the same team as Pixelary. Paste a landing page: a browser in the EU opens it, accepts cookies and taps the main buttons, and the report shows what the page sends to Meta, TikTok and OpenAI, when it sends it, and how to fix what’s wrong. It works on any site, with or without Pixelary, and needs no sign-up.

It sees the browser side. Whether a platform accepted an event from a server shows in that platform’s own tools, and for Pixelary’s server copy in the event log.
